Mauro Vanni and his daughter Silvia are the holders of Agency IL VICOLO. It was born in 1990 , pushed by the proactive spirit of Carlo Salvatori and Victor Grasso who began to " practice " in real estate in 1965 at "Agenzia Victoria " in Vittoria Apuana-Forte dei Marmi , that is still in business. Our agents are born and grown-up in the historic Versilia and they have a specific and direct knowledge of the local real estate reality. Our philosophy is to gain the trust of customers through a professional relationship based on a strict ethics code, trying to understand the real estate needs, working clearly, in compliance with the law and regulation of the real estate industry.
